Job description
- Support on the design, implementation and continuous improvement of SAP Controlling (CO) solutions. Ensure alignment with business needs and strategic objectives, maintaining awareness of SAP roadmap and innovations.
- Project Implementation
- Active involvement in SAP CO-related projects, including enhancements, rollouts, S4 conversion and future improvements.
- Operational Excellence
- Oversee the support and maintenance of SAP CO modules, ensuring system reliability, performance, and data integrity. Implement best practices for configuration, testing, and documentation. Collaborate with IT and business teams to resolve incidents and drive continuous improvement.
- Business Engagement
- Act as a key liaison between Finance and IT, translating business requirements into technical solutions. Support controlling processes such as cost center accounting, internal orders, project systems (SAP-PS), profitability and performance management (PAPM), product costing (SAP-PC) and profit center accounting (SAP-PCA).
- Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure SAP CO processes comply with internal controls and SOX requirements. Support audits and risk assessments related to financial systems and data.
- Collaborate with external consultants and SAP support teams. Manage relationships to ensure quality delivery. Engage with senior stakeholders to align solutions with strategic goals.
Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in SAP Controlling (CO) module.
- Strong understanding of controlling processes: cost center accounting, internal orders, project system (SAP- PS), product costing (CO-PC) and profit center accounting (SAP-PCA)
- Experience in SAP ECC or S/4HANA environments.
- Ability to translate business needs into SAP solutions and deliver high-quality configurations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proven experience working with finance stakeholders.
- Experience with other SAP modules integration (FI, MM, SD).
- Exposure to SAP PAPM (Profitability And Performance Management).
- Knowledge of SAP Fiori apps related to Controlling.
- Exposure to SAP S/4HANA migration project.
- Exposure to SAP S/4HANA functionality (Document Split, Margin Analysis, Revenue Recognition)
- Familiarity with EPM solutions (Planning, Consolidation)
- Familiarity with reporting tools (e.g., SAC, BW, or other BI platforms).
- Experience working in multinational or matrix organizations.
- PMP or similar certification is a plus.
