Senior BackEnd Developer

We are hiring a skilled Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Backend development and Test Automation to join our team! If you're passionate about building high-quality solutions, optimizing performance, and working in agile environments, this opportunity is for you. Role Responsibilities

• Accompany and support the IT requirements specification process.
• Conduct research, gather data, analyze and synthesize findings to prepare, present, and deliver recommendations and solutions.
• Participate in the delivery and implementation of technology solutions.
• Develop and maintain test automation (high level of experience required).
• Understand system architecture and database design for web-based software development.
• Optimize performance to reduce latency.
• Professionalize code to ensure high-quality testing, logging, monitoring, and error handling.
• Build and improve database queries (relational or document-based) for performance optimization.
• Work in cloud environments (Azure or others).

Technical Knowledge

• Backend Developer:

• Java
• Spring Boot

• Test Automation:

• Jest
• Git

Cloud

• Azure (or other platforms).

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Backend Developer and in Test Automation.
• Experience working in agile projects.
• Understanding of general IT processes (software lifecycle).

• Organized, disciplined, and reliable.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal direction, while also collaborating effectively in a team.
