This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you'll be part of a 24/7 global operation, working with cutting-edge tools and collaborating with cybersecurity experts.

You'll be the first line of defense, analyzing alerts, investigating incidents, and helping clients navigate the complex world of cybersecurity.

Your day-to-day will look like this:

• Monitor and triage security alerts as part of a 24/7 shift rotation (morning, evening, night).
• Investigate and respond to incidents using tools like SIEM, IDS, IVS, and Firewalls.
• Communicate with clients during incidents, providing clear updates and guidance.
• Support complex investigations and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Manage and configure security devices to ensure optimal protection.
• Collaborate with your team, share knowledge, and bring ideas to improve our tools and services.

• 1 year experience in triage tasks.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.
• A team-oriented mindset, supportive, collaborative, and eager to learn spirit.
• A proactive attitude, bring ideas, challenge the status quo, and help us evolve.
• A passion for cybersecurity and a desire to grow in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
