Job description
At Ayesa, we grow with you! We don't wait for the future; we lead it. Through technology and engineering, we turn challenges into opportunities, concepts into solutions, and vision into real impact. If you are enthusiastic and passionate about technology, this is your place. We are looking to expand our team with a consultant in Software Design Patterns, UML, and Scrum to join us in a hybrid work arrangement. Responsibilities
- Ensure smooth operation, continuous improvement, and value delivery of live IT products.
- Support Product Owners, SMEs, stakeholders, and delivery teams with product backlog management, prioritization, and alignment with business needs.
- Coach and support the Product Owner in maintaining, grooming, and prioritizing the product backlog; translate product vision into clear, actionable stories and roadmap.
- Identify opportunities for UI/UX optimization and efficiency gains; incorporate user feedback into product enhancements.
- Support day-to-day product-related queries and requests; ensure requirements are well documented and understood by delivery teams.
- Work with project/delivery managers and technical leads to ensure smooth releases; support incident resolution within the service-management framework; ensure product processes follow the customer product framework.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Product Owner, Agile Project Manager or Business Analyst on IT products (preferably in the energy industry or operations function).
- Strong understanding of Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and backlog management in Jira.
- Experience working with live products, not just project delivery.
- Ability to balance business priorities with technical feasibility.
- Understanding of best product-management practices.
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Advanced English (C1/C2).
Benefits & conditions
- Development programs: annual career path planning and participation in cutting-edge projects.
- Work-life balance: flexible hours, smart job, intensive summer schedule.
- Flexible compensation plan, health insurance, restaurant tickets, childcare, and transportation.
- Well-being plan: discounts on travel, technology, training, sports, beauty, and more.
- Opportunities for fun contests and activities ranging from sports to writing to photography.
- Continuous learning: specialized training, certifications, and language courses.
- Social volunteering projects.
