Job description
- Collaborate with non-technical stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into effective technical solutions, identifying gaps or ambiguities in requirements.
- Support an architect and a junior developer as their main point of reference.
- Design and implement integration services across heterogeneous systems and data models, and define mechanisms to monitor their status post-deployment.
- Analyse business processes and document relevant information in Confluence.
- Develop and execute unit tests, and manage deployment of software across frontend, application, and database layers.
- Contribute to team goals by supporting other developers and promoting a collaborative, high-performance environment.
- Ensure long-term maintainability and operational excellence of projects.
Requirements
You must bring 3 to 6 years of experience as a developer, with hands-on experience in both backend and frontend roles. Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.
- Frontend: Angular
- Backend: Java with Spring Boot, WebFlux (Reactive programming)
- Databases: MongoDB, SQL databases
- Methodologies: Agile/Scrum
