Full Stack Developer

We're looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer who enjoys solving hard problems, takes initiative, and cares about building things properly. You'll work across the stack, own major features end to end, and help shape the direction of a growing product.

This is a hybrid role: 3 days in our Euston office, 2 days remote. We may be relocating to Stratford in the coming months, and the hybrid pattern would remain the same. Responsibilities

• Lead feature planning and turn ideas into well-scoped, buildable work
• Build reliable, maintainable frontend and backend systems
• Improve performance, architecture and tooling as the platform grows
• Work directly with founders and product to solve real user problems
• Make pragmatic decisions that balance speed, quality and long-term scalability
• Contribute to engineering standards and mentor teammates

• 5+ years' full stack web development experience
• 3+ years' production React
• 3+ years' production Node.js
• Strong JavaScript/TypeScript skills
• Experience designing and integrating REST APIs
• Solid experience with MySQL, Git, Express.js, Tailwind CSS and Next.js
• Comfort with AWS or GCP
• High level of English language proficiency
• Clear communicator, strong problem-solver
