Principal Consultant - Identity and Access Management (IAM)

As a Principal Consultant, you will act as a strategic advisor and lead enterprise-level IAM engagements You will shape the IAM vision, drive adoption of global IAM programs, and work with senior stakeholders to embed IAM into broader business and IT strategies

• 8+ years of IAM experience in large-scale organizations, preferably including consulting and in-house roles

• Deep expertise in IAM strategy, governance, architecture, and tooling
• Demonstrated leadership in delivering complex, cross-functional IAM initiatives
• Exceptional communication and influence skills at senior management and executive levels
• Strategic mindset with the ability to bridge technical and business perspectives
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or equivalent highly preferred

Allianz Consulting has a reputation for focusing on growing its talent and on-the-job training from the very first day to ensure strong career development and preparation for future opportunities within the Allianz Group., * Serve as the IAM subject matter expert and trusted advisor to executive-level stakeholders * Lead the development and rollout of IAM strategy, governance frameworks, and target operating models * Influence and align IAM initiatives with business priorities, regulatory requirements, and enterprise architecture * Provide direction and oversight on large-scale IAM projects or programs across regions or functions * Build and evolve the IAM consulting capability within the firm, including methodologies, tools, and thought leadership * Represent the IAM function in internal forums, governance boards, and audits * Define the vision, strategy, and operating model for IAM as a Service. * Lead the development of end-to-end service blueprints, delivery models, and performance metrics. * Engage senior stakeholders to align IAM service offerings with organizational needs and priorities. * Drive continuous improvement of IAM as a Service model.
