We have scaled to 50 million+ monthly page views, 8 million+ registrations, over 22 million listed products, and 22000+ active designers.
Our focus is to create a platform for designers that enables them to offer exceptional high-quality content. We make their products searchable in unique ways. This allows our customers to speed up their workflow, allowing them to focus on what they love most: Creating.
About the team:
The Growth team is at the forefront of the user experience. We own and optimize high-impact areas of the platform, including homepage, search, product browsing, categories, logged-in experience, and growth funnels. We deploy multiple times per day, run experiments continuously, learn fast, and improve through small, iterative changes.
About the role:
As a Frontend Engineer (Growth), you will play a key role in building and optimizing the web experiences that drive product adoption, engagement, and revenue. You will implement A/B tests, build growth experiments end-to-end, contribute to our design and component systems, and ensure that the core user journey is fast, stable, and delightful.
What you will do:
- Build and maintain user-facing web features using React, TypeScript, Next.js, TailwindCSS, and modern tooling.
- Improve frontend architecture, component libraries, and developer tooling.
- Ensure performance, accessibility, reliability, and maintainability across core surfaces.
- Contribute to CI/CD improvements to support fast, reliable deployments.
- Design, implement, and evaluate A/B and multivariate experiments.
- Build experiment variations, use feature flags, and ensure proper analytics instrumentation.
- Analyze experiment results with Product/Data and recommend next iterations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on ideas, hypotheses, and experiment execution.
Requirements
- Proficiency with TypeScript, React, Next.js, TailwindCSS, Playwright, Turborepo.
- Experience with A/B testing frameworks or experimentation tooling.
- Experience with AWS, Terraform, Cloudflare.
- Strong understanding of web fundamentals and performance.
- Strong grounding in code quality, testing, CI/CD, and engineering best practices.
- Strong customer empathy.
- Product oriented.
- Ability to influence and collaborate with engineers and cross-functional partners.
- Data-driven and hypothesis-led mindset.
Nice to have:
- Experience with high-traffic B2C/B2B web products.
- SEO fundamentals knowledge.
- Experience with analytics or feature flag tools.
Additional points:
- This is a remote position, you must be based in a country within -3/+3 hours of the Central European Timezone (CET).
- You must have the right to live and work in the country you are based on.
