Job description

  • Provide administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of technical teams.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and databases related to energy & natural resources projects.
  • Respond to technical queries and escalate issues as required.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documentation for stakeholders.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, ensuring proper communication between teams.
  • Support the implementation of new systems and processes within the department.
  • Monitor and maintain office equipment and supplies related to technical operations.
  • Contribute to the overall efficiency and success of the department through proactive support.

Requirements
