Job description

The M365 Platform Manager will set the strategic and technical direction for my clients M365 platform, overseeing its implementation, administration, and continuous improvement to meet legal and business needs., Set the M365 platform's strategy and technical direction to align with business values, business objectives, and data requirements.

  • Lead product planning and management for M365, ensuring integration of technical, engineering, application onboarding, and data governance priorities.
  • Oversee application and data onboarding to the M365 platform, ensuring secure, efficient, and compliant integration.
  • Communicate M365 platform usage, technical updates, data management priorities, onboarding initiatives, and change activities to all stakeholders.
  • Represent the M365 platform's technical, application, and data capabilities to business leadership.
  • Manage vendor relationships and monitor industry, application, and data management trends relevant to M365 to address current and future needs.
  • Conduct product surveys to inform technical, application, and data-driven enhancements for the M365 platform.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify, prioritise, and deliver technical, application, and data improvements within M365.

Requirements

Extensive experience of working with the Microsoft 365 platform including the technical design and strategic development

  • Strong experience of working in collaboration with business stakeholders, project managers, technology teams and end users in a cross-cultural environment
  • Strong analytical skills, and capability of grasping new concepts without prior experience
  • Self-motivator, independent, cooperative, flexible and creative
  • Ability to travel or work additional hours as required
