Job description

As a member of the product team, you'll work with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to develop next-generation product features, with a focus on AI and Automation workflows. You'll build wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes, iterate based on research and feedback, and champion user needs., * Create and rapidly iterate wireframes, mock-ups, and interactive prototypes using Figma

  • Collaborate with product stakeholders, business, and technology teams to solve design challenges
  • Oversee design systems, components and variants
  • Practice research on UX best practices for applications
  • Be involved in contextual user interviews and usability tests to validate design decisions
  • Support the QA process by ensuring design standards will be met in implementation
  • Work with Calero's global design system and central design groups
  • Develop an understanding of business needs in areas such as Finance, Telecoms, Mobility, SaaS and Payment Management

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience

Experience and Training:

  • Experience in UX design, ideally with B2B products and AI features

  • Ability to translate complex requirements into intuitive, elegant designs

  • Excellent communication skills - comfortable presenting to and collaborating with internal stakeholders and clients

  • Highly organised, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines

  • Experience in data visualisation

  • Expertise around controlling and publishing design system components

Technical Knowledge :

  • Strong foundation in interaction and visual design, with hands-on experience in prototyping and human-centered design principles
  • Proficiency in Figma (essential)
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and design sprints

Independent level of problem-solving ability. Resolves semi-complex problems that require independent judgment.
