Job description
OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Lead React Native Developer to take a senior leadership role across multiple development squads working on a mobile application focused on tracking stock market trading activity.
Role Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee 3 development squads, each consisting of 4-6 developers plus a QA.
- Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and support to ensure high-quality delivery.
- Drive best practices in React Native development, architecture, and performance optimisation.
- Collaborate closely with product, design, and technical stakeholders to align on requirements and deliverables.
- Ensure efficient team workflows, sprint planning, and progress tracking across all squads.
- Guide the team in delivering a robust, scalable mobile application for stock market tracking.
Requirements
- Proven experience leading large teams or multiple development squads in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong expertise in React Native, including architecture, performance, and app optimisation.
- Background in mobile app delivery from concept through to production.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in Agile environments.
