AI Engineer

The purpose of this role is to develop minimum viable product (MVP) and comprehensive AI solutions that meet and exceed client's expectations and add value to business.

7+ Years of IT experience with at least 2+ years in GenAI based solution design and implementation.

-Experience in developing and fine-tuning Gen AI models, including prompt engineering, model finetuning and deployment.

-Create and maintain prompt flow pipelines, streamline AI model performance, and enhance interaction with LLM-based systems.

-Strong Programming Experience in Python

-Proven experience working on MS Azure cloud platform and its native tech stack in designing and building data & AI solutions

-Experience in building cloud data pipelines using Azure native programming techniques such as PySpark or Scala and Databricks for sourcing, enriching, and maintaining structured and unstructured data sets for analysis and reporting (secondary skill)

-Experience working in an agile environment, leveraging DevOps, and test-driven development techniques

-Strong communication and inter-personal skills

-Should be strong communicator, fluent in English, from making presentations to technical writing.
