Senior Software Engineer - Identity team

• AuthN - Powering seamless, secure login experiences across our platform through standards-based SSO and federated identity.
• AuthZ - Building and maintaining a robust internal RBAC system that gives precise, auditable access control to every action.
• Self-Service SSO - Empowering customers to easily configure and manage their own SSO integrations with minimal friction.
• Cast AI Operator Management - Owning and operating the Cast AI Kubernetes Operator, ensuring our components run reliably and securely across customer clusters.

• Strong software engineering skills with experience in distributed systems and backend development in GoLang
• Strong debugging, optimization, and performance-tuning skills
• Experience in integrating platforms to external IDP systems such as Auth0 and Okta; not a hard requirement, but it gives an advantage
• Experience developing k8s operators; not a hard requirement, but it gives an advantage
• Strong English skills, both verbal and written
• You must be physically in any of the European countries, GMT +0 to GMT +3
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a "yes, we can" attitude.
