Job description

As key role in our corporate digital office & innovation team, your mission as Digital Project Manager will be lead the development of projects, from conceptualization to delivery and follow-up, with the aim of deploying the defined digital strategy and supporting the involved areas in its adoption. Responsibilities

  • Lead and drive strategic digital projects and initiatives for rare disease, ensuring alignment with business vision and the needs of internal and external clients.
  • Promote and coordinate, together with other internal teams, the development of new digital value propositions for rare diseases.
  • Ensure planning, resource management, achievement of objectives, and risk mitigation in assigned projects.
  • Facilitate collaboration between business and technology teams to ensure proper execution and adoption of digital solutions and value propositions.
  • Promote the adoption of the digital strategy within the organization through specific frameworks, methodologies and coordinate with internal teams training plans.
  • Be the Product Owner of corporate digital assets, coordinating their evolution and optimization.
  • Coordinate and supervise the work of external agencies and consultants, ensuring value delivery.
  • Ensure the updating of digital policies and governance of digital assets.
  • Prepare reports and presentations to share progress, KPI's and results internally at all levels

Requirements

  • Degree in Business, Engineering, Digital Marketing, IT, Design, or related fields.
  • Proven experience managing digital projects, preferably in corporate multinational.
  • Proven experience in Pharma Industry designing and implementing digital value propositions specifically aimed at rare diseases.
  • Experience in project management methodologies, including agile frameworks and ability to coordinate teams using these approaches.
  • Strong understanding of digital ecosystems, platforms, and emerging technologies.
  • Understanding of UX/UI principles and ability to collaborate with design teams to enhance user experience.
  • Basic knowledge of wireframing and prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
  • Understanding of web accessibility standards (WCAG) and best practices to ensure inclusive and user-friendly digital experiences.
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles to facilitate communication with developers.
  • Knowledge of web analytics and performance metrics (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Hotjar, etc.).
  • Knowledge of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, online advertising and marketing automation tools.
  • Experience in managing digital projects using platforms like Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), integrating other tools and digital technologies to optimize omnichannel strategy, is desirable.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, able to engage different levels of the organization.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment, organization and time management skills.
