As an IT Project Manager, you will be responsible for the planning, execution, and delivery of technology projects, working closely with our development, design, and operations teams. Your goal will be to ensure each project is completed on time, within budget, and to the high-quality standards that define our company. Role What youll be doing as a IT Project Manager
- Lead and coordinate between operational and technical areas to oversee projects and services until implementation.
- Plan projects by prioritizing demands, tasks, and delivery timelines, ensuring effective communication, testing, and adherence to procedures.
- Gather information about projects to be developed, define requirements, and assign various tasks to technical teams, providing the necessary documentation and project details for execution.
- Maintain the project pipeline, including maintenance and issue tracking, ensuring all information about assigned times, project status, and delivery dates is up to date.
- Plan development projects.
- Coordinate with technical teams (Systems, Development, and Databases).
- Ensure compliance with established procedures.
- Ensuring that the project meets required quality standards and that all deliverables are completed on time and to the expected quality level.
- Managing changes to the project scope, schedule, or budget, and ensuring the impact of changes is communicated and understood by all stakeholders. Requisitos What are we looking for?
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of experience in project planning, coordination, or management.
- Deep knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and project management tools (Jira, Asana, MS Project, Trello, etc. ).
- Experience in IT departments.
- Technical background.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and team management skills for multidisciplinary teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong technical knowledge in software development and/or IT infrastructure.
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
- Ability to understand and manage client relationships, from requirements definition to final delivery.
- Fluent in English (B2).
- Experience working with distributed teams remotely.
- Knowledge of additional collaboration and productivity tools (GitHub, AWS, Google Cloud, etc. ).
- Negotiation skills.
