Software Engineer

We're looking for a Software Engineer to join our Kingdom. Our games are adored by hundreds of millions of people, and you'll be helping build them. You'll contribute to the engines, systems, and platforms that make them play brilliantly on any platform. Your role within the Kingdom

If you want to create amazing user experiences and entertainment for millions of players to enjoy on the go, this is the right job for you. Part of the Meta Product Area in Candy Crush Soda Saga, you will work with your colleagues to create and maintain brilliant gaming experiences for our players. You will design and implement existing and new game features. Your responsibilities will include:

• Implementing and testing new or optimizing existing game features
• Taking an active part in feature creation
• Taking accountability for the technical metrics of the work items you deliver
• Contributing high quality and well-structured code to our global code base

• Strong knowledge in C++
• High sense of quality, polish, and pride in the work delivered
• Excited by taking technical ownership of projects, breaking them down into manageable tasks and ensuring their completion
• Passionate about games and would love to create the next big thing
• Experience with Android or iOS development
• Experience working with memory/performance-critical applications
• Experience working with complex systems that interact with other features or parts of a project
