Senior UX Designer - Public Sector / Government Projects Hybrid (2 days per week onsite) Up to £80k base salary SC Eligibility Required A leading digital consultancy with a national presence is expanding its User-Centred Design capability and is looking for talented Mid-Senior Interaction Designers to join a major new programme of work. • 4+ years of Interaction Design experience, ideally with significant exposure to public sector or government projects.
• GDS Services experience - (Hands on prototyping experience is an advantage)
• A strong track record of user-centred design, taking projects from early discovery through to final delivery.
• Proficiency with modern design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or InVision.
• Experience mentoring or guiding junior designers is a bonus.
• SC clearance eligibility (or current clearance) is essential.
