What you will do:

Design, build, and evolve a robust, user-friendly cross-platform mobile application using Flutter for iOS and Android.

Lead the full lifecycle of the mobile app, ensuring high performance, scalability, and an exceptional user experience.

Define and implement mobile architecture, development standards, and best practices within a dynamic startup environment.

Proven experience as a mid-senior Mobile Software Engineer with strong expertise in Flutter development.

Demonstrated ability to own the full lifecycle of cross-platform mobile applications for both iOS and Android.

Experience working in fast-paced, early-stage environments, contributing to architectural decisions and setting technical standards.

Salary: £55k-£70k + Equity
