- Proven engineering depth: You're an experienced polyglot developer with 5+ years of demonstrated experience, whether through open-source contributions or real-world production systems with a track record of building things that matter.
- Production focused: You've designed, built and deployed systems that run in production and understand what it takes to keep them reliable and scalable.
- Committed to sustainable, high-quality development: You care about design excellence and back it up with robust testing practices - leveraging modern automation tools and methodologies to keep quality high and code maintainable.

- Financial prowess: Familiarity with financial markets or related systems is a bonus, but not required - we value an eagerness to learn just as much as prior domain knowledge.
