Job description
Define the Test Automation Schedule which will support delivery against the defined project outcomes.
Lead education of the IT users/testers on agreed test strategy and approaches.
Management of defects raised during automation execution until resolution.
Track progress of Test Automation and produce Daily Status Reports for circulation amongst Project Stakeholders.
Implementation of Entry/Exit Quality Gates, including the facilitation of any remedial tasks/actions.
Chair regular Progress Meetings with the delegated IT Rep and other stakeholders.
Requirements
Essential:
At least 5 years Test management/coordination experience.
Experience of managing Fixed price projects with defined deliverables.
Experience of managing Test Automation Projects using Java/Selenium. Katalon experience will be preferred.
Knowledge of Automation testing frameworks and practices.
Previous experience integrating Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
Excellent stakeholder communication skills, able to summarise a complicated data set into meaningful progress reports.
Experience with industry standard test management tools (MS Azure DevOps, Jira, etc.)
Proficient at defect management workflows and processes.
ISEB/ISTQB or equivalent certification in testing.
