Change Configuration Manager - Blue Yonder | WMS | Remote

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of the Blue Yonder Dispatcher upgrade program across all sites.
• Provide expert guidance on Blue Yonder system configuration, integration, and best practices.
• Coordinate with internal teams and third-party vendors to ensure smooth migration and implementation.
• Manage risks, issues, and dependencies across the multi-site rollout.
• Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Maintain strong stakeholder communication and reporting throughout the project lifecycle.

We are seeking an experienced Change Configuration Manager to manage a large-scale Blue Yonder Dispatcher upgrade across 22 sites. The project includes a mix of upgrades from Legacy 2014 and 2019 systems, as well as greenfield implementations on the 2025 Blue Yonder Dispatcher platform. The successful candidate will have demonstrable hands-on experience with Blue Yonder systems and a proven track record in leading complex, multi-site system upgrades within logistics or supply chain environments., * Proven experience with Blue Yonder Dispatcher systems, including upgrades and greenfield implementations.

• Strong project management skills, ideally with experience in multi-site logistics or supply chain environments.
• Demonstrable ability to manage complex programs, including risk and stakeholder management.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Eligibility for UK security clearance is essential.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with both Legacy (2014, 2019) and 2025 Blue Yonder Dispatcher platforms.
• Familiarity with change management processes in large-scale IT projects.
