Job description

As a (Senior) Software Engineer for Sports Data (m/f/d) at Sportradar, you will work on various parts of the software stack, contributing to API development, testing and documentation. Youll be part of a collaborative cross-functional team and play a crucial role in delivering quality software that provides business value.   • Build robust and scalable back-end services and APIs for our advertising technologies using modern frameworks and tools.
  • Participate in designing and developing reliable, secure, and efficient data pipelines and systems while keeping your focus on quality, observability, and security.
  • Coach and develop team members by providing feedback and technical guidance., The minimum monthly salary for this position is according to the Collective Bargaining Agreement. Overpayment will be considered depending on qualifications and working experience.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of professional experience in agile software development.
  • Professional experience developing in at least one high-level programming language.
  • Professional experience with back-end related technologies such as Go, Node.js, Python, Java, etc..
  • Passion for clean code and testing.
  • Deep understanding of data structures, algorithms, and design patterns.
  • Keen interest in new technologies and learning.
  • Familiar with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP or Azure.
