Job description

  • Drive the market-driven development of one MIC software module by representing the business perspective within the development team and translating business and user requirements into actionable items aligned with customer and market needs.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop ideas for new features that strengthen the product's unique value proposition and help reduce recurring costs.
  • Create and maintain the product vision and roadmap for your module, ensuring consistency with the overall MIC suite in collaboration with other Product Owners.
  • Work closely with the Scrum Master and Value Stream Lead as part of the leadership trio to manage and prioritize the Product Backlog and guide the team toward value delivery.
  • Ensure comprehensive product documentation and consider non-functional requirements such as security, performance, maintainability, and user experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Business Informatics, or a related field-or equivalent professional experience.
  • Experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role.
  • Proven ability to work with agile teams (Scrum, Kanban) , using tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar.
  • Basic understanding of software development principles (e.g., APIs, databases, system architecture) to effectively communicate with developers.
  • Proactive, structured, and hands-on mindset with technical affinity.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to prioritize and manage conflicting requirements effectively
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).

  • Employee bonus and various benefits, We are legally obliged to disclose the minimum salary for this position, which is € 65.000,- gross per year (full-time: 38,5h/week). We offer a higher salary in line with your qualifications and experience.
