The ideal candidate will have strong development expertise, a solid technical background, and the ability to break down complex business and technical challenges into manageable components, apply structured problem-solving techniques, and deliver practical, scalable solutions. You should also be able to understand and influence system architecture, data flows, and compliance requirements.
- Solution Customization
- Deploy, customize, and integrate AI-driven solutions and workflow platforms.
- Customize and optimize solutions for performance, scalability, and compliance.
- Develop integrations with enterprise systems and third-party applications.
- Collaboration & Advisory
- Partner with internal product, data, and process engineering teams to ensure seamless delivery.
- Provide technical guidance and best practices for AI adoption and digital transformation.
- Drive acceleration across departments to foster innovation and adoption of advanced technologies.
- Operational Excellence
- Monitor and maintain deployed solutions, ensuring reliability and security.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend innovative approaches to enhance client solutions.
Requirements
- Proficiency in AI Foundry or similar AI platforms
- Strong programming experience in Java, Python, and C#
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform for low-code/no-code solutions
- Expertise in Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) for container orchestration of deploying backend services
- Solid understanding of data pipeline development and management technical competencies
- Familiarity with cloud-native architectures and microservices
- Knowledge of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and integration patterns
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in fast-paced environments
- Understanding of data security, compliance, and governance in enterprise environments
- Preferred Qualifications Bachelor¿s or Master¿s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field Certifications in Azure, AI/ML, or Power Platform
- Experience with enterprise-scale deployments
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in fast-paced environments
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences
Benefits & conditions
We guarantee a competitive salary dependent on your professional and personal qualifications, starting at €45.811,22 gross per year for this position, in accordance with the respective collective agreement. Salary requests above this amount will be considered depending on your previous experience and qualifications.
