Microsoft M365 Copilot Solution and Presales Architect

• Design end-to-end Copilot architectures that focus on the readiness, security, and extensibility of the Microsoft 365 environment, leveraging services like Microsoft Purview (DLP, Retention, Sensitivity Labels) and Entra ID (Identity, Conditional Access, Permissions Hygiene).
• Act as the technical and functional lead on Copilot projects, ensuring coherence between expected business value/ROI and the technical implementation/governance.
• Design and guide the extensibility of Copilot through Microsoft Copilot Studio (building custom Copilots/plugins) and integration with line-of-business (LOB) applications using the Microsoft Graph API and Power Platform.

Project Leadership & Execution (Driver Seat):

• Take the driver's seat for the Copilot deployment execution, including defining prerequisites, managing the security/compliance remediation work packages, and guiding user enablement plans.
• Coordinate IT Operations, Information Security, and Business teams to ensure a secure foundation for Copilot (permissions, data classification, etc.) and maximize user adoption.
• Champion Copilot Governance and Change Management strategies to drive user usage, measure ROI via Copilot Dashboard Analytics, and accelerate value realization.

Consulting & Business Development (Pre-Sales):

• Leverage your excellent communication to advise Business decision makers, C-level executives (CIO/CDO/CISO) on the strategic impact of Generative AI, Copilot adoption roadmaps, and the necessary governance framework.
• Act as a Pre-Sales contributor: analyze RFPs, define the M365 Copilot scope (including licensing and governance), and deliver compelling demos and technical defense of Devoteam's solution.
• Be a true Consultant: mentor teams, facilitate "Copilot Readiness" and "Prompt Engineering" workshops, and bring high energy to evangelize a modern, AI-enabled workplace culture., 7. Your Profile: A Mix of M365 Expertise and AI Strategy

Background: Master's degree (Engineering or equivalent) in IT, Computer Science, or Business.

Experience: X+ years of experience in Solution Architecture, Consulting, and managing large-scale M365 implementation projects (e.g., SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Security/Purview, Power Platform).

Technical Acumen: Deep understanding and hands-on experience with the Microsoft 365 platform, including a specialized focus on the technical and governance prerequisites for Copilot for M365. Expertise in:

• M365 Security & Compliance: Microsoft Purview (DLP, Sensitivity Labels, eDiscovery) and Entra ID (Access Management, MFA).
• Copilot Extensibility: Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and Microsoft Graph API.
• Workplace Adoption: Strong understanding of change management principles for new technology rollouts.

Project experience: Experience in delivering end-to-end projects, while being the architect of the project.

Pre-sales experience: Proven experience in presales - ability to analyze an RFP, design the solution, and the creation of a proposal.

Language Skills: Fluent in English is mandatory. You must also be fluent in Dutch OR French, preferably both, to interact effectively with local clients and stakeholders., * Leadership: Proven ability to lead technical teams and drive cross-functional alignment on complex AI governance challenges.
