Platform Analyst

V-IT is looking for a Platform Analyst for one of our clients in Antwerp to support the development and evolution of a next-generation Generative AI platform. In this role, you will work at the intersection of business and technology, helping translate strategic goals into scalable, high-impact technical solutions.

You will join a multidisciplinary team that designs, builds, and maintains core platform components enabling intelligent, agent-driven use cases across the organization., As a Platform Analyst, you will act as a key bridge between stakeholders and technical teams. You will maintain a clear overview of platform usage, data flows, and deployments, while helping to maximize the value delivered by GenAI solutions., * Gather and analyze requirements from:

• Product-oriented development teams working on the GenAI platform
• End users of the delivered solutions
• Project sponsors to help guide platform strategy

• Translate business needs into clear technical requirements and support the creation of user stories
• Create and maintain documentation, diagrams, and overviews of platform- and deployment-specific solutions
• Monitor functional and non-functional aspects of platform deployments
• Act as a primary point of contact for platform-related support cases, feature requests, and new use cases
• Contribute to the definition and improvement of platform governance and processes, including access management, standardization, testing, support models, and cross-team collaboration

• 3+ years of experience as an analyst in a technical or software-driven environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• A strong interest in both business value creation and technical translation
• Experience or working knowledge of:

• Platform and solution architectures
• API integrations
• Cloud environments (preferably Azure)
• DevOps practices and architectural documentation tools

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, * Experience with enterprise-scale software or GenAI initiatives
• Familiarity with Python, .NET, TypeScript, or modern frontend frameworks
• Knowledge of software design patterns and cloud-native architectures
• Exposure to multi-agent or distributed systems
