Senior Full Stack Developer (Deputy to CTO)

We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer (Deputy to CTO) to play a key role in developing our next-generation Supply Chain platform. In this position, you will collaborate closely with customers, lead development initiatives, and continuously enhance our product suite., * Establish and maintain a cutting-edge AI-assisted development environment (Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot).

• Design and deliver scalable, enterprise-grade architectures supporting both public and private cloud deployments (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud Platform).
• Build and optimize dynamic, responsive web applications using Angular, Node.js, and MSSQL.
• Integrate an AI layer that enables intuitive customer interactions with system data and analytics.
• Collaborate directly with customers to gather feedback and iterate quickly through short development cycles.
• Ensure all applications comply with standards in security, accessibility, and performance.

This role is based in Switzerland and requires both German (C1) and English language proficiency, as well as valid Swiss or EU/EFTA work authorization., * Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

• Experience with AI-assisted coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot).
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Node.js and Angular in production environments.
• Proven expertise in SQL and database design.
• Professional experience with cloud deployment (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform).
• Solid understanding and integration experience with RESTful APIs.
• Advanced proficiency in both English and German (C1 level), with excellent communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams with a proactive, professional, and friendly approach.
• Legal authorization to work in Switzerland (EU/EFTA permit or valid Swiss work authorization). Previous experience leading small development teams or serving as a Deputy / Technical Lead would be an advantage.
