Job description
Join the Universitäre Altersmedizin FELIX PLATTER as ICT Support Engineer. Be part of a leading institution in Switzerland!, Configuration and operation of PCs, laptops, thin clients, phones, printers, and peripheral devices
Handling hardware, software, VDI, and telephone issues and initiating necessary measures with the support of 2nd level support
User account management and rights assignment using our IAM solution
Integrating network devices into the certificate-protected network
Creating and maintaining operating manuals, instructions, and checklists
Project management for projects in the client hardware and software environment (Windows migrations, software updates, hardware replacement)
Advising and training our IT users
Participation in 24/7 on-call service (max. 7 days/month and mainly remote)

Requirements
- Completion of an IT-related education with relevant experience.
- Strong knowledge of hardware and software, especially Microsoft.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with the IT team., High willingness to help, combined with a friendly, competent, and professional demeanor
Apprenticeship in the field of computer science and/or corresponding proven qualification
Several years of experience in the ICT support environment
Very good hardware and software knowledge, especially in Microsoft products
Professional experience in healthcare is an advantage
Independent and responsible working style in close exchange with the entire IT team
