Tasks

• Manage project, lifecycle, and change for various applications.
• Lead and contribute to exciting projects independently.

You analyze and fix errors in systems independently or in collaboration with other departments and external suppliers

You are the central contact person for complex issues

• Degree in IT or 5+ years in the ICT field required.
• Fluency in German and good English skills are essential.
• Experience in third-level support and business applications preferred., Completed computer science studies (HF/FH) or at least five years of professional experience in the ICT field

Very good German skills in spoken and written form as well as good English skills

Open-minded, team-oriented personality with a structured and precise way of working

Ability to analyze, structure, and clearly document complex relationships

High level of reliability, customer orientation, and independence in developing and implementing problem solutions

Solid experience in third-level support, especially in the area of business applications

Initial experience with PowerShell, Linux, and databases is an advantage
