Tasks

Help us with your knowledge and skills so that we can contribute to making the Swiss healthcare system fit for the future. Your tasks include:

  • Conceptualization: You take responsibility for the design and implementation of modern Java software solutions based on common eHealth and mHealth standards.

  • Further development: You further develop existing applications and adapt them to individual requirements.

  • Microservice architectures: You design and implement robust microservice architectures for demanding projects.

  • End-to-end support: You lead projects from the idea through implementation to successful go-live.

  • Representation: You represent adesso in eHealth-related associations and interest groups.

  • Support: You contribute your expertise in the preparation of offers.

  • Teamwork: Providing expertise to colleagues and advising customers on eHealth / mHealth topics.

Requirements

  • Degree in computer science or comparable qualifications required.
  • 5+ years of Java development experience with web applications.
  • Experience with eHealth standards like HL7 and FHIR., * Education: Besides a completed degree in computer science or a comparable education or qualification, one thing counts above all: your passion for programming and innovations as well as your desire to immerse yourself in new topics and discover new technologies, tools, etc.
  • Java expertise: You have at least five years of experience in developing web-based, scalable applications with frameworks such as Angular, React, Spring Boot, JEE, Hibernate/JPA. You are familiar with methods such as Scrum, CI/CD, Docker, or domain-driven design and use them routinely.
  • Technologies and standards: Experience in IHE and the underlying technologies HL7 and FHIR. Knowledge of standards and specifications such as Snomed, Loinc, and CDA-CH-II. Working knowledge of Apache Camel, IPF knowledge would be a plus.
  • Industry know-how: You understand the Swiss healthcare system and have knowledge of the electronic patient record EPD.
  • Flexibility: You are willing to be on-site with the customer and enjoy working in agile teams.
  • Language skills: Your very good German and good English skills enable you to communicate confidently. French skills are an advantage.
