Job description

  • IT-Support (1st & 2nd Level) und Dokumentation
  • Wartung, Installation und Updates von Arbeitsplatz- und Serversystemen
  • Backup/Recovery und Pikettdienst
  • Koordination externer Dienstleister und IT-Projekte

Requirements

  • Abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung oder vergleichbar
  • Erfahrung mit Microsoft-Betriebssystemen, M365 und Active Directory
  • Kenntnisse in PowerShell, Power Automate und ITIL
  • Serviceorientiert, teamfähig, selbstständig
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse; Englisch/Französisch von Vorteil
