- Analyse & Lösung komplexer Incidents & Requests in Workplace, Collaboration & Infrastruktur
- Einhaltung & Optimierung von SLAs & Support-Prozessen
- Mitwirkung bei Rollouts, Migrationen & Automatisierung
- Dokumentation & Wissensaustausch im Team
- Rolle als Incident-Manager nach ITSM-Standards
Requirements
- Abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung (EFZ, HF, FH)
- 5+ Jahre Erfahrung im Enterprise-Support (1st/2nd Level)
- Tech-Stack: M365, Windows, AD/AAD, Intune, JIRA
- ITIL-Kenntnisse & agile Methoden
- Führungspotenzial & Kommunikation (Deutsch/Englisch)
