Tasks

• Lead maintenance and stable operations of our ticketing solution.
• Coordinate releases and updates across all clients effectively.
• Manage DevOps processes, ensuring infrastructure improvements., Our ticketing solution in the retrofit model is used throughout Switzerland - and is growing rapidly. For this, we are looking for an operations project manager who holds all the threads together: You are responsible for maintenance, stable application operation, and coordinated updates across all customers. As a central hub, you bundle and standardize tasks that are still handled by individual contacts today - and at the same time remain a reliable contact person for all customers.

Your tasks

For us, operations is not a routine job behind closed doors: you work closely with developers, project managers, and customers, plan operations, and coordinate deployments - thus actively shaping the technological future. You take on the

• Centralization of all releases across all customers: bundling release notes and deployments, coordinating uniform overall releases
• DevOps responsibility: introducing new processes and tools if needed, keeping an overview of all project managements, identifying and initiating infrastructure improvements
• Responsibility for the maintenance and operation of our ticketing solution
• Support of a major customer (key account): 3rd-level support, support of superusers (HW & SW), release planning, coordination of change requests

• You need experience in IT project management and DevOps.
• Strong expertise in release management and process improvements.
• Hands-on experience with Java, Docker, and cloud solutions., You lead technical projects and teams responsibly, customer-oriented, and communicatively. For this, you need both solid technical know-how and project management experience.

Technical experience

• Senior expertise in release management, process improvements, and the introduction of new tools and processes
• Seniority in DevOps & hands-on experience in operations, deployment, monitoring, and quality assurance
• Tech stack: Java, Flutter, web technologies, Docker, Kubernetes, Linux; cloud solutions for scalability

Degree and professional experience

You have experience in a comparable position, preferably in the IT industry. Additionally

• University degree in electrical engineering, computer science/software engineering, or another technical field
• Several years of software development experience (backend, web, or cloud)
• Senior expertise in project management or DevOps, but proficient in both

Languages

• Mandatory C1+ in German and B2/business in English
• French is an advantage
