Job description

  • Analyze requirements and develop innovative, future-ready solutions in close collaboration with business process owners.
  • Drive the optimization and ongoing enhancement of systems and workflows at production facilities.
  • Contribute to the digital transformation of manufacturing operations.
  • Configure systems through SAP customizing and evaluate opportunities for migration and harmonization.
  • Lead or support SAP PP projects through all key phases, including acting as (sub-)project manager when required.
  • Participate actively in global SAP rollouts.
  • Work closely with key users across international subsidiaries and coordinate with developers to implement business needs.
  • Provide support and deliver training for SAP key users.
  • Serve as a knowledgeable point of contact for all SAP PP-related matters.

Requirements

  • Successfully completed vocational training.
  • Over 3 years of professional experience in the IT sector.
  • Strong expertise in SAP R/3, particularly within the PP module; knowledge of additional modules is a plus.
  • Ideally, experience with SAP S/4 and solid overall IT proficiency.
  • Proven ability to independently translate customer requirements into SAP solutions via customizing.
  • Strong process-oriented mindset with a consultative approach.
  • High level of initiative and dedication.
  • Team player with a dependable nature and excellent communication skills.
  • Fluent in both German and English.
  • Willingness to travel up to 10%.
