Job description

  • Consulting and support of the specialist departments/key users in the further development and optimization of "end-to-end" business processes in the customer service and plant maintenance area
  • Analysis of customer requirements and service messages, creation of solution concepts and configuration of tools and processes consisting of the SAP standard, SAP add-ons and in-house developments
  • Coordination and management of (international) Customer Service and Plant Maintenance SAP projects
  • Control of the use of internal and external resources for projects, changes and support in the customer service and plant maintenance area
  • Creation and maintenance of system documentation

Requirements

  • Successfully completed studies in business administration, (business) informatics or a comparable field
  • Several years of professional experience as well as in-depth SAP Customer Service and/or Plant Maintenance Customizing experience
  • Additional SAP process knowledge in the areas of sales, logistics and production
  • Appropriate SAP certifications are desirable
  • Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
