In this role, you'll take on a key position in designing and implementing scalable, production-grade AI & Data architecture. Together with data scientists, developers, IT teams, and business stakeholders, you'll build secure, high-performing, and future-ready data infrastructures that drive digital transformation across entire enterprises.
The following tasks are waiting for you:
- AI & Cloud Architecture Consulting: Advise clients on the design and integration of AI-native architectures within cloud environments (Azure, AWS) while evaluating and selecting suitable AI technologies and frameworks, ensuring scalability, performance, and alignment with enterprise strategy
- Architecture Development: Design and implement end-to-end AI and Data architectures - from data ingestion to inference - including Lakehouse, Data Mesh, and Agentic patterns and build scalable GenAI infrastructures that enable LLMs and intelligent agent ecosystems
- Pipeline & MLOps Engineering: Develop and optimize AI pipelines and deployment workflows, collaborating with data scientists and AI engineers to ensure efficient model lifecycle management, versioning, observability, and continuous delivery of AI systems in production
- Governance & IT Security: Ensure compliance, data quality, and security through robust AI governance frameworks and technical implementation of protection measures
- Mentoring & Team Development: Empower teams through technical mentoring and drive the adoption of AI architecture best practices across projects and domains, * We support and appreciate colleagues as they are and celebrate our successes together.

Requirements
Completed studies in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field, with at least 5 years of experience in designing and implementing Data & AI architectures. Erfahrung Passion for developing innovative AI solutions, driving digital transformation and mentoring teams Expertise in cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP), AI/ML models, MLOps, data pipelines (e.g., Spark, Kafka), and modern architecture patterns (e.g. Data Mesh, Lakehouse). Your working method is characterized by a pragmatic mindset, strong analytical thinking, and a structured, solution-oriented approach to complex technical challenges.
