SAP Emarsys Technical Expert - Germany-based

• You specify, develop and tweak SAP Emarsys campaigns and platform components.
• You lead and support the integration of SAP Emarsys into the Douglas eco system and other third-party systems using APIs.
• You configure and manage omnichannel marketing campaigns (Email, SMS, Push, Web personalization, etc.).
• You support other business departments in optimizing customer journeys, audience segmentation, and personalization logic.
• You work in a product driven team setup.
• You are in close contact with your IT, marketing and CRM colleagues and understand the needs and requirements of a high-performance, secure and stable platform operation.

• Languages & Frameworks: HTML/CSS
• Architecture & Tooling: SAP Emarsys, SAP CX, SAP Commerce Cloud, .NET Service Landscape, REST APIs
• Testing and QA: Unit Tests, Test-driven Development, Test Automation

• Solid understanding of marketing automation, data integration, and customer engagement workflows
• Experience with REST APIs, HTML/CSS
• Experience in working with cross-functional teams in an international and agile environment
• Ideally experienced with SAP Customer Experience (CX) products
• You are passionate about what you create.
