Desktop and Infrastructure Supporter

• A highly motivated team and an open way of communication, * Knowledge of Windows 10/11 installation, configuration, and troubleshooting
• Familiarity with Windows 10 features, updates, and security patches
• Knowledge of network protocols, IP addressing, DNS, DHCP, and VPN
• Experience with network connectivity troubleshooting tools and techniques
• Proficiency in Active Directory (AD) for user and group management
• Understanding of Group Policy Objects (GPOs) for configuring and managing Windows 10 settingsxperience with deployment and management tools (e.g., SCCM, Intune)
• Experience with remote desktop tools and remote assistance techniques
• Ability to provide support through tools like Remote Desktop Protocol (RDP) and third-party solutions
• Ability to set up, configure and trouble-shoot issues with mobile telephones and tablets - both Android and Apple OS
• Understanding and capability to perform basic Microsoft server administration and configuration tasks, * Excellent Customer Service skills
• Ability to manage multiple activities and tasks simultaneously
• Works well alone or in a team environment
• Technology Innovation and Process Improvement
• Ability to learn new technologies and applications
• Oral and written German and English language required
• Manual Handling of computer equipment
