Job description
You are actively involved in the achievement of our department goals by coordinating compliance & privacy related processes, identifying best practices, defining standards as well as supporting the roll out of initiatives. You will support the identification and implementation of corrective actions in cooperation with other departments such as Information Security, HR, Product Development, Sales and Marketing.

The work you'll do:
- Review, monitor and optimize privacy-& compliance related processes
- Manage data subject requests
- Oversee monthly reporting of Key Performance Indicators
- Support strategic initiatives and ISO-audits, e.g. ISO27701
- Ensure comprehensive documentation for accountability
- Monitor, research, and recommend actions related to a variety of laws and regulations applicable to Celonis all over the world
- Work with numerous stakeholders within Legal & Trust, and external, to achieve company goals
Requirements
- Student of business administration, IT security, law or a related discipline
- Valuable experience in project leadership, business processes analysis, and optimization
- Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace (Excel, PowerPoints, Word)
- Foundational understanding of data privacy and strong desire to learn about other compliance areas
- Strong communication and presentation skills; confidence in engaging diverse stakeholders
- Analytical thinker who thrives in fast-moving environments and possesses a quick grasp of new information
- Capable of independent work and managing multiple tasks concurrently
- Excellent command of written and spoken English; additional languages (especially German) are a plus
