Job description
You work daily with tools from the Microsoft portfolio such as MS Dynamics 365 (Sales, Marketing, Customer Service) and the Microsoft 365 suite.

Development and customization of Dynamics components You develop and customize entities, forms, views and business rules in MS Dynamics 365 and technically implement business requirements.

Collaboration with the team Together with our CRM team you evaluate requirements, develop solutions, and implement them in Dynamics.

Introduction and further development of CRM modules You introduce new or existing CRM modules and develop them holistically and continuously.

Implementation of workflows and automations You create and maintain Power Automate flows, workflows, plugins, and custom actions.

Further development of model-driven apps You customize and extend model-driven apps within the existing Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service environment.

Interface development & system integration You develop and maintain interfaces between Dynamics 365 and third-party systems (e.g. ERP, data warehouse, portals, Power BI).

Support of architecture & governance You support topics such as security roles and authorization concepts.
Requirements
You have experience customizing entities, forms, views, business rules, and model-driven apps, as well as technically implementing business requirements.

Experience in the Microsoft ecosystem You have solid experience developing with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and work confidently within the Microsoft environment (e.g. Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Power Apps Component Framework (PCF), Microsoft 365).

Automation & server-side development You have strong expertise in automating business processes using Power Automate and experience developing plugins, workflows, and custom actions in C#.

Client-side development You have experience with JavaScript and/or TypeScript for control elements (e.g. validations, UI logic, field dependencies) and confidently use the Xrm API.

Interfaces & integration You have experience developing and integrating REST APIs based on existing endpoints.

Architecture, solutions & governance You have a solid understanding of system architectures, managed solutions, solution layering as well as security roles and authorization concepts.

Working style & collaboration You think analytically, work in a structured and independent manner and enjoy collaborating with different departments and teams.
