Job description

  • Be a Domain Expert: As a domain expert, lead in-depth and advanced analysis of Growth data to uncover actionable insights that elevate performance and drive strategic decisions in the area.
  • Own the semantics of Growth data: As the authority on Growth metrics, you ensure a unified data language across the domain. By standardizing key terminology, you enable deeper insights and faster decision-making for accelerated growth.
  • Craft Compelling Narratives: Transform complex data into visually stunning dashboards, reports and appealing data stories that tell a clear status and allow actionable insights.
  • Be a Data Evangelist: Partner with cross-functional business, tech teams and data teams to continuously enhance data processes and tools, ensuring every move is backed by cutting-edge analytics.

Requirements

  • Graduating with a Master's degree in a quantitative field of study.
  • 5+ years of professional experience in data analytics with a focus on Growth Domain at a scaleup.
  • Proficiency in data visualization with Looker (or similar BI tool).
  • Proficiency in applying statistical analysis.
  • Advanced SQL modeling with good understanding of modern data stack and effective data warehousing as well as solid experience with dbt.
  • Python skills with strong willingness to learn more.
  • Fluent in English. German is a plus.

€73,000 - €93,000 a year Senior Data Analyst €73,000 - €84,000 Staff Data Analyst €84,000 - €93,000 Factors that may influence an employee's pay within this range include, but are not limited to, their experience, skills, qualifications, certifications, education level, seniority, and performance. The compensation for this role will be within the range of €73,000 to €93,000 + VSOP, depending on the factors described above, as assessed during the interview process. This is the lowest and highest salary that we in good faith believe to be fair for this role at the time of this posting. This compensation range may be subject to change in the future.
