PreMaster in Data Analytics at Bosch eBike Systems iv)

For our PreMaster program, we are looking for dedicated Bachelor's graduates who want to combine the theory of a Master's degree with corporate practice., * As a PreMaster in Data Analytics, you will support the Analytics team in writing queries to calculate KPIs and creating visualisations to be able to provide information for internal and external stakeholders.

• You enable our stakeholders to get data-driven insights regarding users and products by cleaning complex data, understanding and exploring data and by transforming data and storing valuable metrics.
• You evaluate data availability and engage with data producers or data infrastructure providers, to ensure the data is available and ready to use.
• You will be responsible to provide feedback to UX and business analysts regarding requested KPIs and visualisations, helping to improve the quality of the products.
• In Addition, you will support data engineers defining the necessary data model and reviewing the available data in order to achieve high data quality in the data processing steps.
• You will collaborate on creating a data infrastructure that can be applied to the eBike organisation and does not require adapting for each use case.
• Helping to integrate external data sources with internal ones to increase the value of the data provided to customers is also part of your task portfolio.
• You will support backend and frontend developers to be able to deliver dashboards integrated in web portals.
• Furthermore, you will share your data and analytics knowledge and proactively give support to other data analysts/scientists to ensure high quality in the shared results.
• Finally, you will develop algorithms to solve more complex analytic problems whenever a use case requires it.

• Education: Completed university studies (bachelor's degree) in Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Informatics or a comparable subject, and strong intention to pursue a Master's degree afterwards.
• Experience and Knowledge: Experience and Knowledge in Software Development and querying database as well as in cloud technologies (Google Cloud), previous experience in Firebase, Google Cloud, PowerBI, Python, SQL, knowledge of Python, Pandas, Numpy, and pyspark is an advantage
• Personality and Working Practice: You are a team player with good communication skills, analytical way of thinking and a structured working style. You are a proactive, independent worker who can switch between a deep-dive analysis and a high-level strategic view. You are comfortable solving problems end-to-end, even when it requires working across multiple disciplines.
• Languages: Very good communication skills in spoken and written German and English.
