Full Stack Software Engineer

As a Fullstack Software Engineer for workcell orchestration, you will build core platform functionality to enable robust workflow execution on a broad array of automation setups. You will work across the full stack to conceptualize and implement tooling to enable robust automation programming and execution observability, among others. You extend our core functionalities in a robust and scalable way. You design the user-facing tools that make this functionality accessible to developers.

• Develop functionality to enable seamless authoring and execution of sophisticated automation logic.
• Contribute to platform stability by writing robust, scalable and well-tested code.
• Engage in system architecture discussions and code reviews.
• Translate complex requirements into scalable and usable technical solutions.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
• 3 years of professional experience in software engineering.
• Experience with full-stack web engineering.
• Proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript and C++ or Go.
• Experience designing and implementing APIs (e.g., gRPC, REST).

Skills that will differentiate your candidacy

• Experience with frontend frameworks (e.g., Angular).
• Familiarity with streaming architectures (e.g., gRPC streaming, Pub/Sub).
• Experience with cloud-based microservice architectures (GCP, Kubernetes, Docker).
• Experience with the Bazel build system.
• Experience with robotics, industrial automation, or simulation.
