Job description
- Managing the 1st Level ticket queue and providing professional advice to valued customers
- Collaborating closely with their 2nd Level Support for efficient follow-up and tracing of fixes and solutions
- Reviewing and updating knowledge base articles, both external and internal
- Identifying and implementing improvements within the Support Team
- Participating in various training courses, including self-learning and on-the-job training sessions
- Being prepared to fulfil on-call duties
Requirements

Work experience with Linux administration, LPIC-1 certificate is a plus

Good technical knowledge and experience in at least two of the following areas: o Working with ticketing and knowledge systems (e.g., Confluence, GitHub) o Cloud technology (AWS, Azure, GCP)

Shell and scripting knowledge

Database and SQL knowledge, including SQL scripting

Fluent in written and spoken English, German language skills as a plus
