successfully completed training in IT or completed studies at least two years of professional, project experience Certifications in the above-mentioned subject areas in-depth knowledge of Microsoft-based infrastructures high level of initiative structured and analytical approach to troubleshooting confident demeanor and ability to work in a team as well as flexibility and Traveling conceptual strength, independence and customer orientation good English skills (spoken and written)
