Data Scientist - Machine Learning & Optimization

• Du konzipierst und architektierst Machine-Learning-, statistische und Optimierungsmodelle, die strategische und operative Entscheidungen im Kontext der Energiewende unterstützen.
• Für komplexe, datengetriebene Use Cases übernimmst du die End-to-End-Verantwortung - von der Modellidee über die Umsetzung bis hin zum produktiven Einsatz.
• Dabei entwickelst und nutzt du fortgeschrittene Optimierungs- und Entscheidungsmodelle, zum Beispiel lineare oder ganzzahlige Optimierung, heuristische Verfahren oder Reinforcement Learning, mit direktem operativem Impact.
• Du erstellst fundierte Analysen und datenbasierte Handlungsempfehlungen für das Management und agierst dabei als verlässliche:r Sparringspartner:in und Trusted Advisor.
• Die produktive Bereitstellung deiner Modelle gehört ebenso zu deinem Aufgabenbereich. Du bringst dich aktiv in MLOps-Themen, Monitoring und CI/CD-Pipelines ein und entwickelst die AI- und Analytics-Plattform kontinuierlich mit.
• Darüber hinaus etablierst du Best Practices im Umgang mit Daten und Modellen und trägst dazu bei, eine nachhaltig datengetriebene Kultur im Unternehmen zu verankern.

• Du verfügst über mehrjährige Berufserfahrung - idealerweise sechs Jahre oder mehr - in Data Science, Machine Learning, Statistik oder mathematischer Optimierung für komplexe, geschäftskritische Fragestellungen.
• Eine ausgeprägte Innovationsstärke zeichnet dich aus, idealerweise ergänzt durch wissenschaftliche Publikationen oder vergleichbare Beiträge.
• Sehr gute Python-Kenntnisse sowie Erfahrung mit gängigen Data-Science- und ML-Bibliotheken gehören zu deinem Handwerkszeug.
• Du hast fundierte Expertise in der Zeitreihenprognose oder in mathematischen Optimierungsverfahren.
• Erfahrung in der produktiven Bereitstellung von Analytics- und ML-Lösungen, vorzugsweise in einer Azure-Umgebung sowie mit MLOps- und CI/CD-Workflows, bringst du ebenfalls mit.
• Ein starkes analytisches Denkvermögen verbindest du mit einem klaren Umsetzungs- und Business-Fokus.
