Senior Fullstack Engineer

• Übernahme einer fachlichen und technischen Führungsrolle im Entwicklungsteam mit klarer Hands-on-Verantwortung
• Entwicklung von Produktfeatures End-to-End - von Konzeption und Architektur bis zur produktiven Umsetzung
• Gestaltung und Weiterentwicklung der Systemarchitektur mit Fokus auf Skalierbarkeit, Wartbarkeit und Performance
• Treffen und Kommunizieren fundierter technischer Entscheidungen sowie Setzen klarer technischer Leitplanken
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Produktmanagement: Anforderungen strukturieren, hinterfragen und priorisieren
• Entwicklung nutzerzentrierter Lösungen mit hohem Anspruch an UX und Usability
• Verantwortung für Code-Qualität, Reviews, Best Practices und kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Engineering-Standards
• Aktiver Beitrag zum Aufbau eines starken, nachhaltigen Entwicklungsteams (Mentoring, Sparring, Wissensaustausch)

• Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Fullstack Software Engineer im agilen Produkt- oder Projektumfeld, idealerweise SaaS, und der eigenständigen Konzeption und Umsetzung komplexer Features
• Starke Kenntnisse in Java/Kotlin und relevanten Frameworks (z.B. SpringBoot)
• Starke Kenntnisse in JavaScript/Typescript und relevanten Frameworks (z.B. React / Vue.js)
• Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit relationalen Datenbanken, insbesondere PostgreSQL
• Ausgeprägtes Gespür für UX, Usability und saubere Interaktionskonzepte
• Starkes Ownership-Mindset, Eigenverantwortung und Entscheidungsfreude
• Strukturierte, pragmatische Entscheidungsfindung mit hohem Qualitätsanspruch.
• Klare Kommunikation und Freude daran, im Team Orientierung zu geben
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
• Nice to have: Erfahrung mit Vektordatenbanken und Semantic Search und der Einbindung von KI-Modellen / LLMs in Produktionsumgebungen; Praktische Erfahrung in der Bereitstellung und dem Betrieb von Anwendungen auf Produktionssystemen (z. B. Cloud, containerisierte Umgebungen, CI-CD)
