SAP EWM Consultant (Logistics Governance)

We are partnering with a prestigious Luxury Goods client based in Geneva to identify a Mid-Senior SAP EWM Consultant. This is a strategic engagement joining the internal Logistics PMO.

Unlike standard functional roles, this position is not focused on hands-on ticket resolution. Instead, we are looking for a governance expert to "tidy up" and professionalise the incident management, ticketing, and release/testing structures. You will act as the bridge between the business and technical teams to ensure smooth logistics operations., * Incident & Ticketing Governance: Audit and improve current incident management processes. Define clear workflows and SLAs for the support teams (ensuring tickets are routed and resolved correctly by others).

• Release & Test Management: Orchestrate the release cycle for SAP EWM changes. Implement structured testing governance and validation steps before deployment.
• PMO Support: Work autonomously within the internal Logistics PMO to bring structure and discipline to the SAP landscape.
• Stakeholder Management: Liaise between business logistics leads and technical teams to ensure alignment on priorities and processes.

• Experience: 5-7+ years (Mid-Senior level) of experience in SAP EWM.
• Language Skills: Fluent in French and English (Mandatory).
• Technical Knowledge: Strong functional understanding of SAP EWM logistics flows. While you won't be configuring daily, you must understand the system deeply to govern it effectively.
• Soft Skills: High level of autonomy. Ability to impose structure in complex environments. Experience in the Luxury or Retail sector is a plus.
