Job description

  • Creating control programs and HMI applications with Rockwell Automation software tools, visualisation of systems
  • Accompanying and managing the commissioning of the systems up to final acceptance and training of personnel at the customer's sites in Germany and abroad, * Programming PLC controllers and creating HMR applications with Siemens software tools, visualisation of systems
  • Accompanying and managing the commissioning of the systems up to final acceptance and training of personnel at the customer's sites in Germany and abroad

Requirements

  • Successfully completed further training as a technician (m/f/d) or completed studies in electrical engineering, automation technology, mechatronics or a comparable qualification
  • A sound knowledge of PLC programming with Rockwell Automation software tools (Studio 5000 Logix Designer or CCW) and HMI systems (FTView or Studio 5000 View Designer)
  • Experience in handling industrial bus systems (Ethernet/IP, ControlNet, or DeviceNet)
  • Willingness to take part in service assignments worldwide; appropriate English skills
